For the seventh consecutive year, organisations across Luxembourg were invited to celebrate National Diversity Day on 20 May.

Supported by IMS Luxembourg, this initiative falls within European Diversity Month and aims at raising awareness of the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in workplaces and society throughout the European Union (EU).

To coincide with Diversity Day, and as a member of the Diversity Charter in Luxembourg, Lombard International Group officially launched its Inclusion Action Pledge as part of its Diversity Day commitment. It articulates our Group’s united commitment and pledged efforts to cultivating a sustainable culture of inclusion, that is built on openness, fairness, collaboration and trust, where everyone feels comfortable and empowered to speak up and be a part of the conversation, thereby continuing to make a difference in the way we conduct business.

We were also delighted and honoured to host Corinne Cahen, the Luxembourg Government Minister for Family Affairs and Integration, joining Florent Albert, our Managing Director Europe and Group CFO, for an inspirational conversation on the importance of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. With 170 different nationalities living in Luxembourg, Corinne Cahen also discussed some of the more challenging aspects that can arise when working or living in a diverse environment.

With an international team of 500+ people located in 16 cities across the world, consisting of over 40 different nationalities and speaking over 30 different languages, we embrace our diversity as our strength, our engine for innovation, catalyst for growth, and is how we help our clients, partners and local communities thrive.
